Household / Unit Information:

A beautiful, airy, and spacious room has opened up in our lovely 4-bedroom apartment! We are conveniently located in North Berkeley, just a few short blocks from Chez Panisse, the Cheeseboard, and several other restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We are a 15-minute walk from both the Downtown Berkeley and North Berkeley BART stations. Street parking is available and fairly easy to find.  Gated / covered parking available in building at if needed.

Our building has on-site laundry facilities and we are the only unit on the top floor. Our apartment has a large deck with a beautiful view of the Bay. The available room shares a bathroom with 2 other roommates. The living room and kitchen are furnished and stocked; the open bedroom is unfurnished.

We are three women, ranging from our mid 20s-early 40s. We all either study or work full time and enjoy a variety of activities including hiking, yoga, cooking, and running. We are friendly, quiet, considerate, clean, and value clear communication – and are looking for a roommate with these qualities as well. We also share a rotating list of weekly house chores to keep the shared space as tidy as possible. Our ideal roommate would also be seeking long-term housing and is interested in sharing and maintaining a space with others (but also enjoys a life outside of the apartment as well).

We are all currently studying/working from home, due to the pandemic, but go into our offices occasionally.

Please note that we also have a super friendly, mellow cat, but are not allowed any other pets.

How to View our Listings

To view “Vacant” units you will need to pick up a key from our office located at 2115 Shattuck Avenue in Downtown Berkeley. Our office hours are weekdays from 10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm – the last key checkout time is @ 4pm and keys must be returned within a 2-hour checkout window or before the office closes.

For all other units that are “Currently Occupied”, you must contact the office via email to be placed on the showing list. These units are occupied and can only be shown via a schedule showing coordinated by our office.
