How to View our Listings

To view “Vacant” or "Model" units you will need to pick up a key from our office located at 2115 Shattuck Avenue in Downtown Berkeley. Our office hours are weekdays from 10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm – the last key checkout time is @ 4pm and keys must be returned within a 2-hour checkout window or before the office closes.

For listings that are “Currently Occupied”, please check back later for a posted open house date. These units are occupied and can only be shown via a schedule showing coordinated by our office.
