If you like a unit after attending an open house we recommend applying within (1) day or same day as the showing especially if there is high attendance. Applications are reviewed as soon as they are received completed.
Per company policy we DO NOT collect up front application fees or holding deposits! We believe in transparent pricing and only collecting application fees from applicants that are actually offered the unit.
Thanks for attending our open houses! If you missed our open houses (or cannot attend) please note that these are occupied units so we do try to avoid doing private showings for these units. We will not re-show these units again unless all applicants fall through.
