Use this online portal to fill out application forms when applying for a unit.

Please Note:
- Each occupant of your applicant group must fill out an application
- Group applications will only be processed when all housemates complete an application
- Email confirmation from AppFolio is sent to every applicant if application is submitted properly (if no email is received within 10 min please double check for internet / browser issues)
- Holding deposit is collected after you receive an offer for an apartment and is non-refundable once paid unless Agent / Owner rescinds the offer at no fault to the applicant
- $45 application fee is per person.
