Who We Are
North Berkeley Properties is a full service property management company that focuses on multi-family buildings in the Berkeley area. Our portfolio includes both small and large buildings in North Berkeley and across a diverse area of the city including Downtown, Northside, Southside, South Berkeley, and Elmwood.
Founded in 1999, North Berkeley Properties was originally located in the heart of Berkeley’s ‘Gourmet Ghetto’ neighborhood by Shattuck & Rose. Over the years, North Berkeley Properties expanded its portfolio of managed properties to include buildings located in other neighborhoods of Berkeley. In 2007, the management office relocated to Downtown Berkeley, where we continue to operate today.

No private lot — street parking is limited & metered (2-hr max), especially 12–1pm. Nearest garages: Center St Garage (btwn Milvia & Shattuck) and Allston Way Garage (2061 Allston Way).
Building Entry
The main entrance stays locked. Use the intercom to the left of the door to reach us during business hours.
