Parking Space Reservation
Reserve Your Parking Spot with Ease
To reserve a parking space, please send an email to Parking@northberkeleyproperties.com with your full name, apartment address, and desired start date. Our team will confirm availability and provide further instructions when possible.
Please note that parking is reserved 2-weeks in advance and we only rent to current residents of North Berkeley Properties. Please have your vehicle registration, insurance, and details ready when inquiring about parking.
Due to a parking shortage and limited parking at all properties we do not offer parking to non-residents.
Ending Your Parking Space
To terminate your parking space, please send a 30-day advance notice via email to our office. Please include your name, parking location, exact end date, and forwarding address for your parking security deposit.
Returning All Parking Items
After your notice period, return all issued parking items back to the office. This may include the parking permit, garage remote, and any buidling / garage access keys.
All parking items should be returned to our office at 2115 Kala Bagai Way either in-person or using the 24/7 drop box. All parking items must be in a labeleld envelope or ziploc bag that has your name and/or parking location on it. If we cannot identify your parking items you may not receive your deposit back. All parking remotes look the same across all our managed locations.
