Office Holiday Closure for Memorial Day – Saturday May 24th – Monday May 26th

The North Berkeley Properties office will be closed from Saturday May 24th through Monday May 26th for the Memorial Day holiday.

NO apartment showings or key checkouts will be available during this time.

All apartment move-outs should still occur during your pre-scheduled move-out date even if it falls during these dates (by 12pm).  Please make sure to return all keys to the office drop box.
