Key Checkout Instructions / Self-Tour Information

Vacant apartment units can be self-toured via a pre-scheduled appointment at our leasing office located at 2115 Kala Bagai Way in Downtown Berkeley.

Use the calendar below to book your self-tour appointment. Appointments are available Weekdays 10am – 1pm and 3pm – 4pm, and must be booked at least 1 business day in advance. Select an open time slot and enter the address of the unit you’d like to view — you’ll get an instant email confirmation, no need to wait for a reply from our office.

 

Key Check-Out Instructions:

Key checkouts can occur during Weekdays 10am – 1pm, 3pm – 4pm (last key checkout time @ 4pm). Keys must be returned within 2-hours or by 5pm closing time (whichever occurs sooner).

  1. Book your self-tour appointment using the calendar above, selecting an available date/time and entering the address of the unit you’d like to view.
  2. Please come to the office located at 2115 Kala Bagai Way at your scheduled appointment time. There will be an intercom with a red instruction sign on the left side. Please bring a photo ID with you. Office entrance – Intercom on Left Side (Instruction sign says to press “#100 to dial office”)
  3. Keys will be released to you and you can go self-tour the unit.
  4. Return keys back to the office within the 2-hour viewing window (or by 5pm closing time).If street parking is hard to find you may return keys by temporarily parking in the red zone outside and dropping off keys in our office rent drop box. Please then either call our office (or email if we are out to lunch) to confirm you have returned the keys.

Additional Information

Please do not make the mistake of trying to go to the vacant unit first for your appointment! Often times people mistakenly show up to the building / unit they are trying to see.

Your appointment time is for coming to the main leasing office (2115 Kala Bagai Way) to first checkout a key and then go self-tour the unit on your own.

Please note that we cannot loan out keys for occupied units (residents live there! people have asked us before!😂) – We only show these by open houses.
