Leasing Update – Last Units Left for Summer 2024!

Please note that we will be pausing open houses and most apartment showings between May 11th – June 3rd in order to focus on resident move-outs and move-ins.

Most of our remaining units for Summer 2024 will be listed at this time.  Please note that over 80% of our units are pre-leased at this time and some buildings are already at zero vacancy until 2025.

Most 4-Bedroom and larger units have been pre-rented at this time (May 8th).  A mix of remaining 3-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 1-bedroom / studio units will be listed soon.  We will have a variety of units available in various neighborhoods around Berkeley.

Most units will start showings after June 1st – 3rd when residents vacate their units and we will begin a key checkout process via appointment.
