Info on Applying for Units Sight Unseen

Please contact our office for permission to apply for rentals sight unseen or virtually if you are unable to come in-person.

This is typically allowable for applicants unable to visit the area and we have pictures / 3D tours of the apartment on file.  We can answer any questions you may have about the unit, neighborhood, building, etc.

Applicants should check the listing first to see if it’s with AP Management or North Berkeley Properties then email us with questions or to receive the application link:

Most of our staff members live locally in the area and have personally lived in Berkeley and/or have attended UC Berkeley in the past and can answer any questions you have!

Due to our small office size we are unable to notify prospects of when a type of unit may become available or assist you with scoping out housing in the area.  We do not offer apartment brokerage services at this time and this is a very rare service in the East Bay / San Francisco.  For more information please go to – Apartment Brokerage
